How It All Works
 
Choose a design

Browse through our site until you find a design that you love.  If you don’t find the perfect design, don’t’ worry!  We would be happy to modify any design to suit your needs, or we can create something entirely custom for you, at no extra cost.

 

Submit your order information

Once you’ve found your favourite design, click on the thumbnail  image to view it in a larger size, and then scroll down until you see the order  information . Under order type you can either select Design Only (this is an electronic high resolution .jpg file which will be instantly sent to you via email) or you can choose to have your invitations printed on professional photo paper in either a matte or gloss finish (envelopes are included free of charge with this option).

 

Simply fill in each field with your personalised information.  Should you request any changes to the design i.e. colour change or additional message to include in the invitation or perhaps you would like the writing in a different font just tell us what you’d like done in the ADDITIONAL MESSAGES field.  Once your happy then click on the order button.

 

Checkout

The next few pages will review your order details and give you a total cost.  Don’t forget to select your preferred shipping method (once you’ve selected which postal option you require make sure you click on the recalculate button which will then add the correct delivery cost to your order).  If you have any special requests for delivery just add this into the special requests field.  Then click on the Go to Payments tab to pay for your order via PayPal, money order or direct bank deposit.  Remember we will not commence your order until payment is received

 

Email your photo

Once you have completed your order you can now email us your photo/s to waterlil@waterlillidesigns.com We recommend you send high resolution 300dpi photo’s for a professional finish.   For tips on photo quality please view our FAQ’s.

 

Proof

Once payment, information and photo/s are received, you will be sent a proof via email within 24 hours.  Once you receive your proof, you can either approve it or ask for a correction or revision if necessary.  Please check your design carefully before approving as we accept no responsibility once invitations are printed. 

 

Delivery

Once approval is received, your order will be processed and posted within 48 hours.  If you have chosen a design only this will be emailed to you instantly.
